Quality and food safety policy
Our customers know that the reliability of our quality is paramount to us. All fish is selected by size at our facility in Arenys de Munt. This is a totally hygienic facility and we discard everything that does not meet our standards of quality.
In our company, we have a quality department that has implemented the HACCP system, which includes traceability and encompasses all stages of processing. We also have a strict analytical control over all our products.
Our main objective is one of continuous improvement and to provide our customers with products that are of the highest quality.
